What is it?

www.purchase-orders.co.uk is a web based application specifically designed to control corporate spending.

Capable of supporting different departments, branches divisions or even companies, it allows real time live control of spending within your organisation

Depending on your setup options, you can allocate individual budgets to a period, site and cost code. You will never have to worry about your staff spending more than they have got!

Using various levels of authorisation, you can customise the PO approval process to exactly how you require.

Full reporting allows you to query the POs issues against goods received, invoices received, invoices disputed and just about anything you require.

Using your predefined budget information, you can see in real time a P&L breakdown for your company.

How does it work?

Using the industry standard SSL https technology, it is all web based like your internet banking. Not only does it mean you can use it anywhere, you don't have to install any software. Best of all you don't have to worry about backing up your data as this is done every hour behind the scenes.

You have full control of the user accounts and can assign access to admin areas on a bit by bit level. What's more, every action is logged so you can fully audit usage.

 

 

 

How accomodating is it?

Once your PO system is setup and working, any tweaks or requirements can easily be bolted on.

The purchase order system is compatible with just about any in house office accounts software you may have that supports any form of data import / export facility. Depending on how you need your live data exporting or importing, this system can be customised to do just that


What Else Can it Do?

One of our biggest sectors is the leisure industry. Built with bars and nightclubs in mind, other bolt ons include an online incident reporting system which allows your staff to log events that will be emailed to your chosen distribution groups. Full searching and reporting allows careful monitoring of incidents and ease finding old problems.

Other addons include Nightly Trading Reporting which like the incident reporting system will send custom trading reports to your distribution lists or via SMS, automatically calculating SPHs and capable of automatically comparing to last week and last year figures. Again all data collected can be manilpulated into custom exportable reports or even using the trading figures to update P+L budgets automatically
